Return and Exchange Terms

Returns and exchanges of goods are possible within 14 days after the product has been received by the customer.

Return shipping is arranged by agreement.

Return Conditions for Properly Qualified Goods

Properly qualified goods can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, not including the day of purchase, if they are not included in the list that is not subject to return according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No.172.

Main conditions:

  • The product must be fully equipped.
  • Preservation of original packaging and labels.
  • No signs of use.

Before returning the product, it is necessary to contact the manager to arrange the application. The return is made through Nova Poshta.

Returning via Nova Poshta

To return the product, you need to:

  • Obtain the details for sending from the manager.
  • Proceed with sending the product.
  • Inform the manager of the declaration number after sending.

 

After the return of the product and confirmation of its proper condition, the refund is made within 14 days.

In accordance with the "Consumer Protection Law", the company may refuse the return or exchange of goods if they fall into the categories listed in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.
